David Braus has provided highly valued legal and business counseling for numerous international companies for decades. As general counsel and a board member who has served scores of companies throughout the United States, the Middle East, Europe and Asia, he has overseen a multitude of cross- border transactions, compliance matters, litigation and all facets of corporate and business law, often in highly regulated industries. Mr. Braus has served as general counsel to disparate entities from venture capital groups, government contractors, and technology companies to French fashion houses, addressing greenfield, restructurings and mature businesses undertakings.

Mr. Braus is currently licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia and the District of Columbia and also licensed to appear in numerous state and Federal courts, including the Supreme Court of the United States.

Mr. Braus holds an A.B. degree in Artificial Intelligence (Computational Psycholinguistics) from Vassar College in New York, and a Juris Doctorate from the National Law Center of George Washington University in Washington, D.C. He has also taken Masters courses in Economics from the University of London.
